What this is

Meridian is a commercial Next.js UI template sold as a private repository. Access to musemvp/meridian is the license credential. The live site at https://meridian.musemvp.cn is a demonstration of that template.

What you may do

If you purchased Meridian or were granted repository access, you may use it in unlimited personal and commercial end products, modify the source, and use the original assets shipped here inside those products.

What you may not do

You may not redistribute this repository, or a competing template derived from it, as a product. You may not share repository access with people who have not purchased a license.

What this demonstration collects

Nothing. Login, register, recover, search, and newsletter-shaped fields are furniture. They do not create accounts, store keys, or send mail. There is no analytics pixel on this template by default.

Third-party software

Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS, and other dependencies remain under their own licenses. This license covers the Meridian template code, layout, and original assets only.
